How long does delivery take for my beer order?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery across the UK usually takes 3-5 working days via our trusted couriers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the United Kingdom. This ensures our beer reaches you as fresh as possible while managing alcohol shipping regulations.
What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if any breakages occur during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
Many of our core range beers are vegan-friendly. However, some traditional ales may use isinglass finings. Please check the specific product description for the 'Vegan' badge before purchasing.
Can I click and collect my order from the brewery?
Yes! You can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order directly from our brewery taproom in Crofty during our standard opening hours.
How should I store my bottled ales?
To maintain peak flavor, store your beer in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. While our bottles are shelf-stable, keeping them refrigerated ensures the best drinking experience.
